Privacy notice

This notice explains how I process personal data connected with enquiries and appointment bookings made through the AgentizeMe website.

This page is an English translation of the Hungarian privacy notice.

What data do I process?

  • your name, email address, and message when you contact me by email;
  • your name, email address, selected appointment time, and any note you provide when you book an appointment;
  • business information you provide voluntarily for the consultation;
  • technical log data such as IP address, browser data, time, and the page visited.
  • Vercel Web Analytics data: event time, page path, referrer, approximate location, device, operating system, and browser data;
  • for the booking_cta_click event, only the language and the button's placement on the page.

Web Analytics uses no cookies. Vercel handles the data as aggregated statistics, and the daily hash used to identify a visitor expires after 24 hours. I do not send a name, email address, message content, or another direct identifier with an analytics event. The website uses no advertising pixel or marketing cookie.

Why do I process this data?

Legal basis

Enquiries and appointment bookings are processed primarily in connection with steps taken before entering into a contract. Operating the website securely is based on legitimate interests. Web Analytics is based on the legitimate interest in measuring interest in AgentizeMe and improving the website. Where the law requires data to be retained, the relevant data is processed to comply with a legal obligation.

Who may access the data?

  • Google Workspace and Google Calendar: email, calendar, and booking management;
  • Vercel: website hosting, technical delivery, and Web Analytics;
  • where necessary, an accountant, legal adviser, or public authority when required by law or justified by a legitimate claim.

The Google Calendar booking page is an external Google service. Google's own privacy documents also apply there.

International data transfers

Google and Vercel are global providers. Personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Their data processing terms rely on the applicable adequacy decision or, where required, the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. The related documents are linked at the end of this page.

How long do I retain the data?

  • enquiries and bookings: for up to 12 months after the last contact;
  • where a business relationship begins: for as long as required to manage the relationship and legal claims;
  • invoices and accounting documents: for the retention period required by the applicable law;
  • technical log data: according to the providers' own operating and security rules.
  • Web Analytics: a 12-month reporting window under the current Vercel Pro plan; the provider may retain data for longer under its own retention policy.

Your rights

You may request information about the processing, access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and you may object to the processing. In some cases, you may also request data portability.
